We believe our products are of the very best quality and every effort has been made to insure their success.   However, we understand that your skin is unique and it would be unrealistic to think that we could meet every need, although we will continue to try.  We thank you for the opportunity to introduce AVA MD products, and hope that this will not discourage trying some of our other products in the future.

PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are unsatisfied with your AVA MD purchase, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  For items that have been opened, we honor our 30-day refund policy for partially-used products.  There is no refund for fully-used products or incomplete kits.  All items being returned must be in their original packaging and in good condition with all materials that came with the item. To receive your refund, please fill out the return form and send the items you wish to return to the address provided.

NOTE: The website can only process returns for products purchased from the avamd.com website. For all others, return to place of purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS
Once the returned product has been accepted, a check will be issued for the purchase price and applicable sales tax. The check should arrive within 2-3 weeks.  We cannot refund Shipping costs or cover Shipping charges for the return of non-defective products.
